There are many historical places to visit in Paphos such as

Mosaics of Paphos are considered among the finest in the
Eastern Mediterranean. They mainly depict scenes from Greek
mythology.
Paphos
Mediaeval Fort is originally a Byzantine fort built to
protect the harbor.
Built in the early 5th century was the Panglia
Limeniotissa Basilica. It was almost completely destroyed
during the 7th century Arab raids.
You can visit a castle that was built by the Lusignans at
the beginning of the early l3th century. It is called Saranta
Kolones.
In Limassol you can also visit the historical temple that was the Sanctuary of Apollo Hylates.
